Chace Torres
I started my career in 2010 when he graduated from the DOD 68A course at Shepard Airforce Base. From there I was stationed at Ft Hood, TX and learned the craft of Biomed. I deployed to Afghanistan in 2012 and Liberia in 2014 where I further honed my skills. In 2017 I decided to embark into the civilian sector to realize my Biomed potential. From that moment to now I've been a field service technician. In 2021 I reintroduced myself to the world as the Bearded Biomed, host of the hit podcast that has taken the profession by storm. Interviewing key figures and colleagues over multitudes of topics that can be tuned into via Spotify, Apple, or YouTube. In between being a full time Biomed, and working the podcast angle I've obtained the CHTM, CBET, and BS in management. In 2023 I wrote and self published "Ollie The Biomed" the first ever Biomed children's book to showcase the day to day life of a Biomedical Equipment Technician.
